Hair Care for Girls

When it comes to hair care, many of the tips are the same for boys, girls, women and men of all ages. But hair care for girls and young teens is a little more challenging because girls will often begin testing new pr
oducts and appliances such as hair dryers and irons. It's important to start with the basics and then consider the products girls use.

Hygiene
When it comes to washing your hair, less is more. Hair that's washed daily with shampoo and conditioner can become dry, dull and develop split ends. Although, it depends on the type of hair when it comes to how frequently it should be washed. Generally, a girl should wash her hair every few days to prevent washing away the natural oils, which strengthen hair.
For hair that's curly or coarse, shampooing once a week is enough, according to GoAskAlice.com. However, hair that tends to get oily quickly might need to be shampooed every other day.

Products
Products that contain alcohol can dry out your hair. For young girls, shampoos and conditioners that have untangling agents are popular. Johnson's No More Tangles is a good choice for girls because it's gentle and makes brushing easy and painless. If you wash your hair everyday, choose a moderate shampoo to avoid drying out your hair.
Some shampoo is designed for oily hair. These products have more detergent than other shampoos, which cleans away dirt, dead skin and oil. On the downside, it can make hair dryand brittle, according to GoAskAlice.com, and isn't meant to be used daily.

Irons and Hair Dryers
Daily blow drying can damage your hair because wet hair is very sensitive. Wet hair stretches, making it "vulnerable to breakage or cuticle damage," according to KidsHealth.org. When straightening hair, it should be dry to prevent damage.
Tips to consider while drying, straightening or curling your hair are to keep the dryer moving to avoid heating one area t
oo long, use a cool setting and don't dry or straighten hair daily.

Swimming
Chlorinated water can damage hair, so it's important to rinse hair in a shower before entering the pool. This way, the hair will soak up the non-chlorinated water, according to HairCareGuide.com. It also is a good idea to wear a swimming cap, and shampoo and condition your hair after swimming in chlorinated water. This also applies to swimming in salt water.

How to Find The Perfect Pair of Jeans

A pair of jeans catches your attention while you are shopping. And for most males, it will take a lot of courage to walk into a store and try on a pair of jeans. The frustrating part of purchasing jeans is sometimes getting the pants over your thighs. Sorry Mr. Jefferson...all men are not created equal when it comes to body type and clothing. We all need a perfect pair of jeans. Here is a foolproof guide to finding a perfect pair of jeans.

Step 1
Some people do not like to shop, as they feel hopeless at this task. Seek professional helpfrom a department store clothes consultant, as they will make quick recommendations to you after briefly looking at your body. They will also show you how to integrate your new purchase within your own wardrobe ensemble.
Step 2
Pick a store that has a large selection of jeans. Do some research, call stores and inquire how many labels of jeans they offer. Department stores with different styles will be the better choice in obtaining the perfect pair of jeans.
Step 3
All cuts of jeans do not fit well on every body type. You must determine on what types of jeans are your style. You can choose from wide leg, straight leg, boot cut and extra long. Several different styles could look good on you and variety in your closet is not a bad option.
Step 4
Stay away from trendy designs that are in style at this moment but will fade away by the end of the year. You will put those jeans right next to your parachute pants in the closet. As a rule, a dark color jean is always more versatile and forgiving.
Step 5
Tired of jeans that do not quite fit? Then a custom-made pair of jeans is the answer for you. When you order custom-made jeans, a number of specific measurements are needed to ensure that your pants are tailored to your exact size. These measurements will allow your custom-made jeans to fit around your waist, hips and legs. Having your jeans custom-made is the option with the quickest turnaround time for obtaining your perfect pair of jeans.

Men's Dress Clothing Tips

A sharp-dressed man attracts the right attention at formal events. In men's formal fashion, classic black-and-white elegance is the safe bet; bright colors and strong patterns may be overwhelming and can leave an abrasive impression. For the latest styles, consult the runways or speak to a tailor who knows his stuff. With help, formal clothing can be as easy as day-to-day wear.

Shirts
1. Daniel J. Indiviglio of Ask Men advises men to stick to the dictum, "Less is more." Stay away from see-through shirts, loud colors and lots of flash. Instead, "stay conservative, utilizing soft, muted colors, and/or mild patterns like stripes." Favor high-quality cotton or silk, with an eye toward crisp, matte sheen. Satin is outdated and should be avoided. Buttons should be closed, collar included, with ties in a mild, complementary hue. This is the time to pull out the tie tack and cuff links.

Pants
2. First rule of thumb: Pleats are bad. They add weight to the middle of the body and don't look crisp. Flat fronts are the way to go. "Pleats must be avoided," Indiviglio emphasizes. "That Z. Cavaricci look died in the '80s; just let it go and embrace the flat fronts." Cuffed bottoms are also outmoded, as are pastels and soft, baggy cuts. Pants should be structured, neat and pressed. Get them hemmed to the appropriate length for dress shoes, with a slight crease above the top of the foot.

Classic Black-Tie Tuxedo
3. For those who don't foresee many formal events on their calendar, it may be best to purchase a tux on eBay or to simply rent. Black-tie formal, like white tie, should be tailored and fitted to the body. Many men purchase both a normal-length jacket and a tailcoat for more formal occasions. A well-made tuxedo can last for many years and is worth the investment. Check with rental shops for deals on gently worn tuxes to find great bargains.

White-Tie Style
4. A "white tie" event is more formal than a "black tie" event. According to Tom James of The Perfect Suit, "White tie is the most formal of formal wear and includes silk-face black coattails and dress trousers, white pique dress waistcoat and matching bow tie, white pleated dress shirt with wing collar and French cuffs, formal socks, patent leather shoes, and pearl cuff links or studs." A white-tie ensemble is best custom tailored by a knowledgeable designer, since fit and fabric are essential to the look. A complete ensemble is costly, so be ready to spend up to $5,000 for the suit, woolen overcoat, accessories and hat.

Shoes
5. Footwear should be shiny, unmarked and of high quality. Dress shoes are simple and unornamented, and shouldn't attract overt attention. Appropriate tuxedo shoes are in the oxford style and made with patent leather; for a dress suit, clean-looking ankle boots or tie-up shoes will do. Never cross the brown/black line--leave the informal brown shoes in the closet. Top the look off with proper silk or cashmere dress socks.

How to Wash Leather Jackets

Leather jackets are a great accessory, but do need to be cleaned to keep them looking their best. You can't just throw a leather jacket in the washing machine, but there are easy ways to keep it shiny and smelling great.

Things You'll Need
* Leather
soap & rag
* Damp cloth
* Vinegar (optional)
* Febreze

Step 1
The best way to clean leather is with leather soap. Different types and colors of leather need certain soaps, so ask the shop where you bought your jacket what they recommend. If you're unsure, be sure to read the back of the bottles, and
test each product in an out-of-sight area, like the inner waist band that no one will see.
Step 2

If you don't have leather soap, you can wipe down light dirt and scuffs with a damp rag. Be sure not to get your coat too wet, which ca
n ruin the leather.
Step 3
For hard to remove smells, like smoke or pet odors, try wiping the coat with a 50% vinegar-50%water solution. Be sure to wash the vinegar off with a damp rag. If the odor is too strong, you may need to have it dry cleaned (don't use the at-home dry cleaning bags, the dryer is
not a safe place for a leather jacket).
Step 4
If the inner lining of the jacket smells, use a little bit of odor-absorbing spray, like Febreze. Be sure you mist it lightly, don't get the coat too wet.

Tips & Warnings

If your leather jacket is already soaking wet, don't stretch it out to dry. Allow it to dry flat, and flip the jacket often so it dries evenly. After it has fully dried, the leather may be stiff, but leather soap might help this.

How to Strengthen Nails

Weak, brittle, or cracked nails can occur for a number of reasons. Nails become weaken when they are abused, when they grow out too long, or when they are exposed to certain agents. Here are some ways to keep your nails strong and healthy.
Step 1
Avoid prolonged exposure to water. Water dries your nails out, leaving them weak and more prone to breaking. Try to limit how long you spend swimming, soaking in the jacuzzi, or soaking in the bathtub. When you are cleaning, use rubber gloves.
Step 2
Moisturize your nails. Olive oil works particularly well for this. Try pouring olive oil into an old nail polish container, and use the brush to brush the oil on your nails. Also, when you use lotion on your hands rub some of the lotion into your nails. If your nails are severely dry, apply petroleum jelly to your nails before you go to bed, and cover your hands with gloves. Wash off in the morning.
Step 3

Take a biotin supplement. Biotin can help repair and strengthen nails, and it also helps strengthen your hair.
Step 4
Avoid abusing your nails. Constantly scratching or picking at things with your nails, as well as biting them, weakens them and makes them more prone to breaking.
Step 5
Trim your nails regularly. Try to keep them fairly short, to prevent breakage.
Step 6
If you paint your nails, avoid products with toluene, sulfonamide, or formaldehyde. These chemicals will weaken your nails and cause breakage.
Step 7
Try not to use nail polish remover more than two times a month. When you do use polish remover, avoid products with acetone.
Step 8
If your nails crack or break, do not rip off the nail, as this will cause further damage. Use a clear glue to hold the nail in place, until the nail grows out far enough that you can clip the broken part of the nail.

How to Grow Strong, Beautiful Nails

Some women are blessed with long, strong beautiful nails. while others are not so lucky. nails can be hard to grow out with breaking, chipping and weakness. all it requires are a few tasks a few times a week. follow theses tips to grow out your nails and how to make them strong.

Steps:-

1. you need to apply nail hardener, 2 coats to clean nails before doing anything else. you need to do this at least twice a week. first, apply the nail hardener, then if you'd like, apply your nail polish.

2. you need to use a nail polish remover and nail polish that has a nail hardener in it. after removing old nail polish then buff your nails and paint your nails with the nail hardener.

3. another way to strengthen and harden nails is gelatin. usually found in the pudding section, it is clear and flavorless. eat this a few times a week or daily if you'd like.

4. keep your nails short and trimmed to all the same length until they start strengthening and hardening to keep from breaki
ng and chipping.

How to Look Slimmer

Need to look slimmer in a hurry? There a multitude of tricks to create the illusion of a slimmer body; here's how!

Step 1.Stand up straight.
When you slouch, you look heavier than you really are. To make the body slimmer looking, sit up straight; shoulders back and chin up. Adopting this habit can make you instantly look 5 pounds slimmer.
Step 2. Wear clothes that are form fitting.
Let's just say that you don't have the stereotypical "perfect" body. That doesn't mean that you have to hide behind moo-moos or loads of billowing clothes. To make the body slimmer, wear something that is form fitting and flattering for your body shape. Do, however, avoid clothes that are too clingy.
Step 3.Wear a body shaper.
Depending on what you consider your problem area, you could try a hip slimmer, a stomach slimmer, etc. If you are in a hurry to look slimmer, try slipping into one of the many quick fixes out there meant for wearing under your clothes.
Step 4.Wear dark colors.
Dark colors tend to make people look slimmer; hence the Little Black Dresstheory. Dark clothes make you look smaller, the same way that dark colors can make a room appear smaller.
Step 5.Flaunt your favorite body part.
Choose your favorite part of your body and use your clothes to draw attention to it. If you like your legs, wear a skirt that shows them off, and be more conservative about the body parts that you might feel self-conscious about.
Step 6.Don't over-accessorize.
Too many accessories can make you look heavier. To look slimmer, try minimal accessories that are not too large. Steer clear of clothes that look "busy", as well; ruffles on clothes often occur in unfortunate and unflattering places.

How to Make a Cellulite Reduction Massage Oil

This gentle massage oil can be used on any skin type. The essential oils help to reduce cellulite, while the massaging aspect also helps to prevent future cellulite.

Things You'll Need:
3 Tablespoons of Sweet Almond Oil
4 Drops of Cypress Oil
3 Drops of Juniper Oil
3 Drops of Grapefruit Oil
2 Drops of Lemon Oil

Step 1
Pour the sweet almond oil into a small mixing bowl.
Step 2
One by one, add in the cypress oil, juniper oil, grapefruit oil and lemon oil. While adding the oils, whisk the mixture together gently.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a small glass bottle or jar. I suggest using one that is dark tinted so that light can't break down the oils. Store the bottle in a dark, cool area. It will stay fresh for about a month.
Step 4
To use, pour about a teaspoon of the massage oil into your palms and rub together. Massage into the affected areas. Use more oil as needed, but focus on one area at a time.
Step 5
I suggest using the oil mixture at least once per week for the best results.

How to get Beautiful on a Budget

All woman want to be and feel as beautiful and attractive as they can be, no matter their financial status. Everyone can be beautiful on a budget and sometimes using high end items as well. When we feel good about ourselves, it shows to others around us and when we feel good overall, our immune system keeps us as healthy as possible.

Things You'll Need:
Coconut oil
Cosmetics
DIY Remedies
Samples
ebay and online auctions
Natural products

Step 1
Coconut oil is very popular among women globally especially in Asian regions. It is used on their skin and in their hair. It softens the skin making it look healthy and glowing. It is said in some areas that it helps skin stay clear for some. Always check your diet. Sometimes what you eat could be the culprit in the pimples on your face. They also use it on their hair making the strands luxurious and shiny, soft to the touch. Your hair tells a clear story of what's going on in your body. Coconut oil is inexpensive and can be found in pharmacies or health food stores. Try some organic brands if you want. Natural products and cosmetics may be better for those trying to stay away from chemicals. Have a DIY day and give yourself a herbal facial with natural herbs.

Step 2
Visit your local drugstores on sale days and see if you can't get 2 for one cosmetics. Every week, there is usually a brand on sale with great colors at affordable prices for everyone's wallet. Double check ingredients for any allergy causing chemicals that may break you out. You want to look good, not mess up your skin.

Step 3
Go to your local fine department stores and buy something within your budget where you may get a free gift from the cosmetic counters. Sometimes if you buy a powder or blush, you get a small set of cosmetics you can use nicely, if your colors are just right. Try online auction sites like ebay and you can find high end items at cheaper prices too.

Step 4
One thing you should splurge on though are good quality makeup brushes. They should be of natural fibers. The brushes will always help you with an excellent finished look.

Step 5
As for fashion, mix inexpensive pieces with expensive pieces. Try to stay with classic looks because trends drift so quickly from season to season. Classic is always in style.

Tips & Warnings

Look around for great thrifty things in your community.

How to buy and build a Pandora bracelet

Step 1
First of all you will need to get in touch with the jewelry store in your area and inquire about pandora beads. if you do not have any luck then you can always go online.
Step 2
Your wrists will have to be measured to determine the size. You will be able to choose between oxidation sterling silver or sterling silver. There is also a clasp and something sort of a lobster claw lock. My favorite is the actual clasp with Pandora stamped on it. This lock also acts a an extra bead.
Step 3
You will want to make sure that there will be some room on your bracelet so that you have room for the beads. While some people prefer one bead other prefer a few and then there are some like myself who build an entire beaded bracelet.
Step 4
There are so many beads to choose form silver, gold, stones, glass and beads to fancy all your needs. from cell phones to a dog they have it all. it's all about what you like the most.
Step 5
The beads screw onto the bracelet. This jewelry is very sturdy, another reason why i simply adore this jewelry.
Step 6
You would need to obtain a polishing cloth and remember not to use any harsh detergents.
Step 7
Keep your Pandora jewelry in a jewelry box as i do, when you are not wearing it. You can also mix and match there is no limit. Just be careful that you buy from a trusted site, person or store. There are a lot of other beads out there that will stipulate Pandora fit or Pandora type. i must note this because once i purchased a bead that i thought was Pandora and gold and to my dismay it was a fake.
Step 8
Lastly ,this hobby (which i call it) can be addictive. I am currently working on my fourth bracelet. No regrets, no regrets. Enjoy!

How to Have an Affordable Spa Day at Home

Everyone loves feeling so fresh and renewed after a day at the spa, but who really wants to go
through all the pains of making it happen. First, you have to make a reservation that is convenient for you. Then, you have to actually find out where the place is because it seems like all spas want to put themselves in a weird location to make themselves seem like an escape. Once you finally get there, then you may even get some phony treatments that won't do any good for you, and you pay a pretty price. It may be nice to do a few times in your life, but you can really do your own spa day at your house. I can guarantee you it will be better for your outer rejuvenation because the treatments in this article aren't bogus, and it will be in the comfort of your own home.

Things You'll Need:
Time to read this article and the few articles connected to this one to make a spa day especially for you.

Step

1.The first thing to do is put a deep conditioner on your hair. Olive oil puts so much moisturize in your hair and makes it silky. Also, biotins in the olive oil accelerate hair growth. Make sure to rinse the olive oil out well. For each of these steps, check the related articles for complete directions.

2.While the olive oil is in the hair, add the lovely facial scrub. It contains wonderful ingredients like milk, honey, and brown sugar. Follow the directions to make the scrub. Apply it on the face. Leave it on depending on whether you want it to be an exfoliate or a mask. If you want, slice cucumbers and place slices over the eyes. The cucumber on the eyes thing is a hoax, but it feels good.

3.Draw a warm water bath in the tub. Prepare the water to make a milk bath. By the time the bath is ready, your hair and face should be ready to rinse. Cleanse the face and pat dry. Rinse hair thoroughly to make sure all of the olive oil is out. Soak in the milk bath for about 20 minutes.

4.Drain the bath. Apply the egg shampoo recipe into your hair and wash as usual in a luke warm water shower. Eggs contain biotin just like olive oil to make hair soft and lively, while promoting a healthy glow.

5.Once you have finished showering, style hair as usual. Then, follow the directions to make a nice lip plumper. This will make your skin, hair, and lips feel oh so smooth. For best enjoyment and results from this guide, follow the directions of the articles under "related articles" before going through with the steps. This way all you have to do is use the wonderful beauty remedies that you've created and enjoy.

How to Keep Your Hair Fresh All Day

Don't you wonder how you can leave your house in the morning with your hair looking so fresh, only to return eight hours later with limp, dirty hair? I am going to show you some tips on how to keep your hair fresh all day.

Step

1.The first thing that you need to be aware of, is that most hair problems are
caused by bad washing. You only need just enough shampoo to rinse away the
dirt. Anymore, and you will be wasting your shampoo and money.
Also, never rinse your hair in dirty bath water. Always rinse hair in plenty of clean, fresh water.

2.Next, remember that hair cannot perform at it's best unless you are using clean combs and brushes. If you fail to clean them regularly in soapy water, they will collect all of your sticky styling products and deposit them back into your hair.
If soapy water is not getting them clean, add a few drops of an antiseptic to the water.

3.Further, keep in mind that you must keep your hands out of your hair. The oil transfers from your skin, thus making your hair appear flatter.
If your hair does start to appear flatter throughout the day, spray it with a little water and rub your palms over your head in small circles. This will lift your roots back up and add more body.

4.Additionally, if static is an issue, rub your head with a fabric softener sheet. This will eliminate static and make your hair smell fresh as well!

5.Finally, if you notice your hair becoming oily, apply some baby powder to the roots and along the hair line. Leave it sit for a short time, then brush out.

By following these simple tips, your hair will look fresh the whole day!

How to Treat Pimples

Summary: Although many people suffer from this condition only during the teenage years, pimples can occur throughout adulthood, depending on your hormonal activity, heredity and hygiene. Some people have more severe cases of pimples than others and might need to see a dermatologist for drastic improvements

Steps

1.Resist the urge to attack when these plugged sebaceous glands pop up. In other words, don't pop your pimples, this can cause infections and even scarring.

2.Keep in mind that a combination of hormonal activity, a buildup of bacteria and the shedding of dead skin cells causes pimples. Do what you can to prevent a breakout by establishing a skin-care routine appropriate for your skin type.

3.Have patience. It could take up to one month for a blemish to disappear completely. The less you poke at it, the better.

4.Buy an antibacterial, oil-free concealer that can blend the redness of the pimple into your own skin color. Green shades tend to offset redness the best. (This might not be an option for those who don't wear makeup.)

5.Try a facial mud mask. This may shrink a pimple.

6.Realize that despite the happy teens in the commercials, "zit zapping" solutions, medications you apply directly to pimples, don't do much more than dry out the top layer of skin covering the pimples. These medications don't provide a long-term cure.

7.If you are going to break the rules by "extracting the blemish," aesthetician-speak for popping your pimple, wash your hands, then lightly squeeze the top of the pimple with a tissue or cotton swab. Clean the area thoroughly when you're done. If nothing happens, leave the pimple alone until it's ready to pop.

8.Apply a benzol peroxide acne medication to the pimple and avoid applying medication to the surrounding area.

How to Get a Tattoo or Body Piercing

Body piercings and tattoos, ancient forms of adornment and beautification, are now found on all sorts of bodies. Few states have laws governing piercing and tattoo establishments or their practitioners. Before you let a stranger puncture your skin, shop around and find out how to mutilate your body safely.

Steps

1.Think hard about what designs you want. Collect art, leaf through books, and make sketches. A qualified tattoo artist will take what you bring in and transform it into beautiful art.

2.Place temporary tattoos on different parts of your body until you're clear where you want yours: Tattoos on your back or shoulder may look incredible, but you'll never see them without a mirror. Designs on your arms may be appealing, but you may tire of always having something there.

3.Consider long-term social or professional fallout for visible piercings and tattoos. While a particular style of body art may be appealing right now, ask yourself: Will you love it for the rest of your life? Will the indulgence of a moment eliminate certain career options down the road?

4.Evaluate your ability to handle pain. Does a tattoo hurt? Not as much as childbirth, but pain is considered part of the experience. Piercings are briefer. Location also determines pain levels--anything near major nerves (down the side of the leg, for example, or on or near bones) can be excruciating; the bigger the tattoo, the longer your agony lasts.

5.Ask about hygiene practices: In the age of AIDS, cleanliness is taken very seriously. Artists should wear gloves, sterilize their tools and work space, and use packaged, single-use needles.

6.Take your time and review lots of portfolios when choosing a tattoo artist.
When you see a great tattoo, ask who did it. Look for clean, smooth outlines, and excellent use of color.

7.Be prepared to pay for an experienced, reputable piercer or tattoo artist. Tattoo artists charge by the hour and usually have a minimum (about $50), but designs can run into the thousands for large, intricate work. Common piercings (including jewelry) range from $50 to $75.

8.Insist on surgical-grade stainless, niobium, platinum or titanium steel jewelry, or solid 14-karat or 18-karat gold for all piercings until they're healed.

9.Review all procedures and risks ahead of time. Be clear on the after-care regime.

Tips & Warnings

Check the Association of Professional Piercers' Web site (safepiercing.com) for studio recommendations.

Professional tattoo artists will not work on a client who is under the influence of judgment- or pain-altering substances, legal or otherwise.

Piercing in particular, but also tattooing, damages the body's natural infection barrier. Serious problems can include viral hepatitis, nerve and vein damage, and sexually transmitted diseases (most commonly with genital piercing). Tongue piercings are particularly prone to complications. If a piercing site looks infected, don't touch the jewelry, just get to a doctor.

A new tattoo is dressed with a bandage and takes up to two weeks to scab and heal. One medical journal reported people with tattoos are nine times more likely to be infected with hepatitis C. However, you can avoid many problems by choosing a sterile establishment.

Men's Dress Shirts
Men's Dress Shoes
Mens' Dress Pants
Mens' Sweaters
Cologne

Step

1.Look and smell clean. Style your hairand shave off the five o'clock stubbly bits; use cologne sparingly; check under your fingernails for dirt.

4.Wear jeans, khakis or slacks, depending on how casual the outing is. Flat-front pants look more casual than those with pleats.

5.Remember that pants should be long enough to drape comfortably over the tops of your shoes without scraping the ground.

6.Select socks tastefully: No white athletic socks with dressier, nonsneaker shoes. No light socks with dark pants. If you anticipate taking your shoes off at any point, verify that your socks are hole-free.

Things You'll Need:
A-line Skirts
Women's Casual Tops
Women's Causal Pants
Women's Sandals
dresses and skirts

2.Try a tight shirt that hugs your curves as you groove to the music and check out the scene. Or put on a nice button-down shirt.
3.Keep in mind that billowing silk shirts and white tank tops have no place in the club scene.
4.Wear khakis or darker-toned pants. Avoid tapered pants, white jeans and anything stone-washed or acid-washed.
5.Remember that shoes should be comfortable and a darker color. Leave the old sneakers in your closet where they belong.

Tips & Warnings
Avoid heavy gold chains or tufts of chest hair peeking out from beneath an opened shirt.

4 Easy Ways to Make a White Shirt Sexy

Every summer, we all put this basic into heavy rotation. Here, senior beauty editor models how to make it go in unexpected directions.

1. SCOOPNECK
Layering the T-shirt under a floral bustier gets you a result that’s ultra-flirty without being too bare. To avoid bulk, make sure the tee fits snugly, and stick to something simple on bottom, like black pants.
2. V-NECK
Play up the curve-hugging shape of a slim V-neck tee with a tube skirt. One with a fun print, like this snakeskin, is especially alluring—just don’t go any shorter than right above the knee.
3. OVERSIZE
Give a slouchy, relaxed T-shirt some definition by cinching it precisely at your natural waist with a thin leather belt. Denim pedal pushers add to the sleek, sunny-weekend vibe.
4. OFF-THE-SHOULDER
For a neat cutout effect, wear a tee with a super-wide neckline under a trim tank dress. Pull one side off your shoulder, so there’s a sexy space between the tee’s collar and the dress’ strap.

How to Apply Eye Shadow

How to Apply Eye Shadow

Summary: When it comes to bringing out your facial features, makeup is the most common way to go unless you want to go under the knife. For eye makeup, the eyeshadow is a key factor. Sweep a touch of shadow over your lids to accent eyes. You can define them, add drama and make them stand out in a few quick steps.

Application on Entire Lid

Steps

1.Prime the eyelids by dusting them with a small amount of loose powder.

2.Select a light base shadow. Using a shadow brush, sweep it across your entire lid, from brow to lash line.

3.Use a medium-toned shade to cover your lower lids.

4.Contour the crease of your eyelid with a dark shade, using a smaller eye shadow brush. This color can also work as an eyeliner (see the next section for instructions).

5.Blend shadow by stroking the lid gently with an eye shadow brush. Don't use your finger, you could wipe off the shadow entirely.

6.Use a cosmetic puff and a little pressed powder to tone down heavy shadow. Shake any excess powder off the puff, then press it gently on your lid.

Eye Shadow to Line the Eyes

Steps

1. Choose a medium or dark shadow color to line your eyes.

2. Use a small, flat, angled brush for the application.

3. Stroke the brush over the eye shadow.

4. Start at the inside edge of your upper lid. Angle the brush so that the longest tip follows the shorter end as the brush moves across your lash line. Bring the brush to the outer corner of the eye.

5. Create a more dramatic line by wetting the brush before stroking it through the shadow. Mist a small amount of water onto the brush, or dab it into a few drops of water and proceed with the line. The shadow may feel wet as you draw your line, but it will dry quickly.

How to Find the Perfect Fit in a Bra
Whether you choose a bra to enhance, minimize, support or show off your bust, fit is crucial. It's the key to keeping you comfortable and supporting your breasts properly. Here are a few steps to finding the ideal bra.

Things You'll Need:

* Bras
* Sports Bras
* Measuring Tapes

Steps

1.Use a measuring tape to measure around your bare rib cage, just beneath your naked breasts. This number indicates the band size most appropriate for your figure.

2.Measure the widest part of your bust, sliding the tape around the middle of your back. Hold the tape as level as possible to ensure accuracy.

3.Note the difference between the two measurements. Use the following as a guide, and try on a range of sizes above and below your measurement: If your bust measurement is up to 1 /2 inch larger than your band size, then your cup size is an AA. A measurement of 1 /2 inch to 1 inch more than the band size indicates an A cup, 1 to 2 inches indicates a B cup, 2 to 3 inches indicates a C cup, 3 to 4 inches indicates a D cup, and 4 to 5 inches indicates a DD or E cup.

4.Select a range of bras according to your band and cup size.

5.Try on a bra. Place your hands through the straps and bend over to allow your breasts to fall into the cups. The cups should contain your breasts'unless you're trying a demibra or an enhancing bra'and should center your nipple in the fullest part.

6.Close the bra using the middle hook. Look for a band that fits snugly but doesn't cut into your rib cage. If it's too tight, try adjusting the hook closure before proceeding to a larger size.

7.Adjust the straps so the band fits comfortably under the breasts and around the rib cage. If the bra seems to slip forward, if you find yourself pulling up on the straps, or if it feels as if your breasts are falling out of the bottom of the cups, the band size is too big.

8.Check the fabric or bridge between your breasts. This should lie flat on the breastbone. If it sticks up or stabs your breastbone uncomfortably, try a larger cup size. If it puckers, try a smaller size.

9.Move up a cup size if your breasts bulge from the bra. Move down a size if you notice wrinkles in the cup material.

Tips & Warnings

* Remember that all bras are not made equal. Experiment to find the brand or style that best suits your figure.

* Wash bras by hand, or in the delicate cycle of a washing machine in a mesh bag. Avoid shrinkage and prolong life by hanging bras to air-dry instead of machine-drying them.
